GRAMMY’S SCRUMPTIOUS PORK CHOPS!  Ohhh, these are the very definition of comfort food, if I ever did say!  Mmm mmm good!  Many, many years ago I had a good friend on an Air Force base that my hubby was assigned to in our early years of marriage.  She was from Texas and grew up in the kitchen with her mama.  One of her specialties was pan-fried pork chops, which I had never had before.  When she made these for me, I thought I had gone to heaven! 🙂  They are tender, moist, and full of flavor!  I hope you enjoy them as much as we do!  Happy eating’!
