GRAMMY’S BEEF TIPS ‘n GRAVY is a scrumptious dinner of tender beef tips in a rich, oniony gravy that is yummy over egg noodles, mashed potatoes, rice, or orzo!  This dinner will knock the socks off everyone and can go from your family dinner table to an evening entertaining friends! And the best part?  It is a super easy-peasy crock pot dinner that you can start in the morning and be ready to serve at night without any fuss or time in the kitchen!  That’s my kinda meal….how about yours? :). I use stew meat from Costco for my beef tips but you can use the traditional sirloin or tenderloin tips, as well.  Because it’s cooked slow all day in my crockpot, I’ve found a good quality stew meat is just as good as the more expensive cuts and come out super tender and full of flavor!  You can find my super easy recipe for GRAMMY’S BEEF TIPS ‘n GRAVY below……ENJOY!
