In your crock pot, put your meat in an even layer.
On top of the meat, sprinkle the onion soup mix, followed by the cream of mushroom soups, water, and beef bouillon cubes
Put lid on crock pot and cook for the day ahead (High - approx 6-7 hrs; Low - approx 8-9 hrs)
When tips are tender, remove lid and stir gravy with a fork or whisk til smooth. Add in Worcestershire sauce and stir completely. Taste gravy and then add salt/black pepper to taste.
Serve in a bowl over egg noodles, mashed potatoes, rice, or orzo. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. ENJOY!
