Growing up, pork chops were one of my least favorite dinners. In our house, we always broiled them, seasoned with salt and pepper, and they always turned out kind of tough and dry. Your house, too? Well, this recipe will change your minds on pork chops, for sure!

GRAMMY'S PORKCHOPS 'n STUFFING
Ingredients
- 6 boneless pork chops (or 4 bone-in chops) *do NOT use thin cut
- 1 10.75oz can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 6oz box Stove Top Stuffing
- 1 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
- salt and pepper on chops, to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350*. Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place pork chops in prepared 9x13 and lightly salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
- Scoop cream of mushroom evenly over each chop
- In a small mixing bowl, combine dry stuffing mix with chicken broth until well absorbed.
- Scoop stuffing mix on top of each chop evenly
- Cover dish with foil and put into oven
- Bake with foil for about 30-45 minutes, depending on thickness of pork chops.
- Remove foil and return to oven for an additional 10-15 minutes, until stuffing is lightly browned on top.
- Remove from oven and ENJOY!
