GRAMMY'S PORKCHOPS 'n STUFFING

Servings 6 pork chops

Ingredients
  

  • 6 boneless pork chops (or 4 bone-in chops) *do NOT use thin cut
  • 1 10.75oz can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 6oz box Stove Top Stuffing
  • 1 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
  • salt and pepper on chops, to taste (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350*. Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Place pork chops in prepared 9x13 and lightly salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
  • Scoop cream of mushroom evenly over each chop
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine dry stuffing mix with chicken broth until well absorbed.
  • Scoop stuffing mix on top of each chop evenly
  • Cover dish with foil and put into oven
  • Bake with foil for about 30-45 minutes, depending on thickness of pork chops.
  • Remove foil and return to oven for an additional 10-15 minutes, until stuffing is lightly browned on top.
  • Remove from oven and ENJOY!
