I grew up with my Mom making these every Christmas and then when I got married, I have made these all through our kid’s childhood’s and now our grandkid’s, as well!  It’s hilarious how excited they all get when they know that I’m making these….I start getting the text messages claiming their shares immediately! LOL  But I get it, these are yummy peanut butter cookies with a melty Hershey Kiss right in the middle….I call that “perfection”, right?!
