GRAMMY’S FAVORITE BANANA BREAD! Is there anything yummier than an old fashioned loaf of fresh-from-the-oven Banana Bread? Mmm..mmm..mmm, so good! When I first got married many years ago, my new sister-in-law shared this recipe for banana bread with me and I have been making this ever since. It is so moist, due to the addition of a little sour cream, and can be made plain or with the addition of nuts or chocolate chips for a fun change. Today, I decided to add chocolate chips cuz I was making this batch for my grandkids for their after-school snacks this afternoon. But most of the time I add chopped pecans to my batches. Either way, or just plain, GRAMMY’S FAVORITE BANANA BREAD is awesome!! ENJOY! 🙂
