GRAMMY’S YUMMY CHICKEN SPAGHETTI! Are you looking for a yummy dinner idea for tonight or the weekend ahead with family or friends? THIS IS IT! This dish is always a hit, whether I make it for a Sunday afternoon when our kids and grandkids come over or for the ladies in my Book Club when we get together! GRAMMY'S YUMMY CHICKEN SPAGHETTI
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced (I use rotisserie chicken
- 1 lb spaghetti, broken into thirds before boiling
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 bell peppers (green, red, orange your choice), diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tsp seasoning salt (I use Lawrys)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, to taste
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350*
- In a large pot, cook broken spaghetti until al dente. Drain and put cooked spaghetti into a large bowl.
- To the spaghetti, add chicken, 1 c cheddar cheese, diced peppers, onion, seasoning salt, pepper, garlic powder, chicken broth, and cream of chicken soups. Combine ingredients well
- Pour mixture into a 9x13 cooking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake at 350* for 35-45 minutes or until heated through. ENJOY!
