2cupscooked chicken breast, diced (I use rotisserie chicken
1lbspaghetti, broken into thirds before boiling
2cupsgrated cheddar cheese, divided
2bell peppers (green, red, orange your choice), diced
1smallonion, diced
2tspseasoning salt (I use Lawrys)
1/2tspblack pepper
1tspgarlic powder
1/8-1/4tspcayenne pepper, to taste
2canscream of chicken soup
2cupschicken broth
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350*
In a large pot, cook broken spaghetti until al dente. Drain and put cooked spaghetti into a large bowl.
To the spaghetti, add chicken, 1 c cheddar cheese, diced peppers, onion, seasoning salt, pepper, garlic powder, chicken broth, and cream of chicken soups. Combine ingredients well
Pour mixture into a 9x13 cooking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese on top.
Bake at 350* for 35-45 minutes or until heated through. ENJOY!
