GRAMMY'S YUMMY CHICKEN SPAGHETTI

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced (I use rotisserie chicken
  • 1 lb spaghetti, broken into thirds before boiling
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 bell peppers (green, red, orange your choice), diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 tsp seasoning salt (I use Lawrys)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350*
  • In a large pot, cook broken spaghetti until al dente. Drain and put cooked spaghetti into a large bowl.
  • To the spaghetti, add chicken, 1 c cheddar cheese, diced peppers, onion, seasoning salt, pepper, garlic powder, chicken broth, and cream of chicken soups. Combine ingredients well
  • Pour mixture into a 9x13 cooking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake at 350* for 35-45 minutes or until heated through. ENJOY!
