GRAMMY’S BREAKFAST PIZZA has been a staple in our house for soooo many years! When our kids were growing up, this was our go-to for Christmas morning after opening presents around the tree. I would throw this together the night before, cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Then as the kids were opening their presents, I would slip this in the oven, and it was ready to eat when they were!
Now that the kids are grown and have kids of their own, we make it for Family Brunch or when we have overnight guests! It is a wonderful start to the day, with your eggs, sausage, cheese, and “bread” in an easy and quick option that can feed many hungry bellies! 🙂

GRAMMY'S BREAKFAST PIZZA
Ingredients
- 1 lb breakfast sausage (I use Jimmie Dean original)
- 1 tube Pillsbury original Pizza Crust
- 1 1/2 cups frozen hash browns (I use O'Brien style)
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (green can style)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350*. Lightly grease/spray a 15x10 cookie sheet (sheet pan).
- Spread pizza crust evenly on prepared sheet pan.
- Spread cooked sausage evenly on top of crust
- Top with hash brown potatoes and cheddar cheese.
- In a small bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until mixed well. Pour carefully over top of pizza.
- Sprinkle top of pizza with parmesan cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350* for approx 25-30 minutes or until pizza is cooked through and lightly brown on top. Remove from oven and serve warm.
- NOTE: CAN BE PUT TOGETHER THE NIGHT BEFORE AND REFRIGERATED UNTIL COOKING THE NEXT MORNING, if desired.
