GRAMMY'S BREAKFAST PIZZA

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage (I use Jimmie Dean original)
  • 1 tube Pillsbury original Pizza Crust
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen hash browns (I use O'Brien style)
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (green can style)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350*. Lightly grease/spray a 15x10 cookie sheet (sheet pan).
  • Spread pizza crust evenly on prepared sheet pan.
  • Spread cooked sausage evenly on top of crust
  • Top with hash brown potatoes and cheddar cheese.
  • In a small bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until mixed well. Pour carefully over top of pizza.
  • Sprinkle top of pizza with parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 350* for approx 25-30 minutes or until pizza is cooked through and lightly brown on top. Remove from oven and serve warm.
  • NOTE: CAN BE PUT TOGETHER THE NIGHT BEFORE AND REFRIGERATED UNTIL COOKING THE NEXT MORNING, if desired.
