MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CHICKEN

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chicken Breasts, boneless
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (can sub greek yogurt for a healthier version)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (Kraft green can is best)
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, cheese, and seasonings.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Evenly spread the mayo mixture over each chicken breast.
  3. Bake at 375* for 45-60 minutes. NOTE: you may have to cover dish with foil for the last 15 minutes of baking if the chicken is browning too quickly. ENJOY!
