MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CHICKEN is just like the title says…..”melt in your mouth” deliciousness!  Ohhh YUM! ๐Ÿ™‚ This recipe creates the most tender, moist, savory chicken you have ever tasted!!  And talk about EASY!  You will have this dish in the oven in 10 minutes….that’s the best kind of dinner on a busy weeknight, for sure, right?! ๐Ÿ™‚  ENJOY!

MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CHICKEN

Prep Time 10 minutes
Servings 4

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chicken Breasts, boneless
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (can sub greek yogurt for a healthier version)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (Kraft green can is best)
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, cheese, and seasonings.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Evenly spread the mayo mixture over each chicken breast.
  • Bake at 375* for 45-60 minutes. NOTE: you may have to cover dish with foil for the last 15 minutes of baking if the chicken is browning too quickly. ENJOY!
