1/2cupcarrots, peeled and julienned
1crownbroccoli florets, fresh and diced small
2clovesfresh garlic, minced
1tspground ginger
1-2TbspHoison Sauce
1/3cupLow Sodium Soy Sauce
SERVE OVER:

Instructions
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown sausage/ground beef until cooked through and crumbly.
Add in diced onion and cook for a couple more minutes until onion is tender.
Add in garlic, ginger, Hoison Sauce, Soy Sauce, ColeSlaw Mix, carrots, and broccoli to the meat mixture. Cook over medium heat for approx 5 more minutes or until veggies are tender crisp.
Remove from heat and serve over white or brown rice or chow mien. ENJOY!
