GRAMMY’S BUSY DAY CHICKEN!  Are you looking for a busy day dinner idea that can go into your crockpot in the morning and be ready to serve a scrumptious, homey meal to your family for dinner? This is it!  So easy peasy and absolutely yummy!  Just a few ingredients and it makes it’s own gravy for a quick “dump and go” kind of day! 🙂  It can be served over noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes. GRAMMY'S BUSY DAY CHICKEN

Servings 4 servings

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chicken Breasts, skinless/boneless
  • 2 cans Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 chicken bouillion cubes
  • 1/4 - 1/2 can water (or chicken broth)
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a crockpot, place your four chicken breasts. These can be frozen or thawed
  • Cover with the two cans of cream of chicken soup. Drop in the two chicken bouillion cubes for a richer flavor.
  • If chicken is thawed, add 1/2 cup of water or broth. If frozen, add 1/4 cup of water or broth.
  • Cover the crockpot and turn to Low for 8 hours (High for quicker timing). Before serving, salt and pepper to taste. If gravy is too thick, add a bit more of broth/water.
  • Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles. Garnish with chopped parsley and ENJOY!
