GRAMMY'S BUSY DAY CHICKEN

Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chicken Breasts, skinless/boneless
  • 2 cans Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 chicken bouillion cubes
  • 1/4 - 1/2 can water (or chicken broth)
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. In a crockpot, place your four chicken breasts. These can be frozen or thawed
  2. Cover with the two cans of cream of chicken soup. Drop in the two chicken bouillion cubes for a richer flavor.
  3. If chicken is thawed, add 1/2 cup of water or broth. If frozen, add 1/4 cup of water or broth.
  4. Cover the crockpot and turn to Low for 8 hours (High for quicker timing). Before serving, salt and pepper to taste. If gravy is too thick, add a bit more of broth/water.
  5. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles. Garnish with chopped parsley and ENJOY!
