DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAD!😋💯👌🏼  So today, our son and daughter-in-law are celebrating their anniversary, so Grammy & PopPop got the kiddos for a fun sleepover!💃🎉👏🏼. Nothing like the rambunctious chaos to put a smile on this Grammy’s face!  And, of course, we have to bake something fun, right? So, yummy chocolatey banana bread, it is! This recipe is from our food blogger daughter over at thecookinchicks and it is scrumptious! So, my cute little granddaughter, Eme, and I whipped some up! It is amazzzzing!!! DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAD

THE COOKIN CHICKS
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 30 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the sugar, eggs, oil, bananas, vanilla, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix til well combined
  • Fold in the chocolate chips
  • Evenly divide batter between 4 greased mini-loaf pans or one regular greased loaf pan or muffin tin.
  • Place in preheated 350* oven and bake for approx 30 minutes or until middle is done (60 minutes for large loaf).
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from pan. ENJOY!
