Either on a grill or in a 425* oven, roast tomatillos, peppers, and onions until blistered and slightly browned. Immediately put into a food processor or blender and add in garlic, cilantro, salt, cumin, and lime juice. Pulse/blend until smooth.....add water to desired consistency. Serve immediately or put in a covered jar and keep in refrigerator for up to a week. Can be used on eggs, enchiladas, tacos, nachos, etc or as a salsa with chips for dipping. ENJOY!
