Add chicken to your slow cooker.
Pour the Olive Garden dressing on top, then sprinkle with the parmesan cheese, garlic, and black pepper
Cube your cream cheese and add it on top. Cover crock pot.
Cook on HIGH for 4-6 hours or LOW 6-8 hours.
About 30 minutes before serving, start cooking your pasta according to the directions on the box.
Shred the chicken with two forks and stir the meat mixture until thoroughly mixed.
Drain your pasta, reserving about a cup of the pasta water to potentially use if the sauce is too thick.
Add pasta into meat sauce and toss until well mixed. Use a little of your reserved pasta water to desired consistency.
Sprinkle a little additional parmesan cheese and parsley on top, if desired. ENJOY! :)
