Preheat oven to 350*. Lightly grease/spray a 9x13 baking dish. Set aside.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute bell peppers and onion until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add chicken, soups, tomatoes/salsa, and seasonings to the onion and bell pepper mixture. Stir until well combined.
In prepared 9x13 baking dish, start by layering one third of the torn corn tortillas on the bottom, followed by one third of the chicken mixture, then the grated cheese. Repeat these layers two more times, ending with grated cheese on top.
Bake in preheated oven at 350* for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly. Serve immediately
