GRAMMY'S HERBY BEER BREAD

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 12oz can of beer, room temperature
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp thyme
  • 1 Tbsp basil
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350* and lightly grease/spray a 9-inch loaf pan. Set pan aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking powder, rosemary, thyme, and basil.
  • Pour the beer into the dry ingredients and mix with a spoon until well blended.
  • Spread dough in the loaf pan and drizzle with the melted butter evenly on top.
  • Bake for 25-40 minutes, depending on your oven, or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out dry.
  • Then turn out of pan and serve warm with your favorite soup, stew, or roast beef. ENJOY!
