GRAMMY'S CHICKEN 'n STUFFING CASSEROLE

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 chicken breasts, boneless/skinless, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables, drained/thawed
  • 1 box Kraft Stove Top Chicken Stuffing Mix, prepared according to box directions

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400* and lightly grease/spray a 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish.
  2. In bottom of prepared baking dish, lay the chicken pieces evenly in dish.
  3. Sprinkle the mixed veggies evenly on top of chicken.
  4. Sprinkle chicken mixture with salt and pepper, to taste
  5. Spread sour cream evenly over the chicken-veggie mixture as best you can.
  6. Next, spread the cream of chicken soup evenly over the top, as well.
  7. Finally, drop the prepared Stove Top Stuffing over the top, making sure to spread as evenly as you can.
  8. Bake in preheated 400*, uncovered, for approx 45 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked through. Ovens vary, so your cooking time may need to be adjusted. ENJOY!!
  9. Note: if stuffing starts to brown too much during cooking time, feel free to loosely cover casserole with foil during cooking.
