GRAMMY'S BISQUIK COFFEECAKE

Servings: 6

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Bisquik mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp white sugar
FOR TOPPING
  • 2/3 cup Bisquik
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 Tbsp cold butter

Equipment

  • 8x8 baking pan

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375* and lightly grease an 8x8 baking pan. Set aside
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, mix dough ingredients (Bisquik, milk, egg, and sugar) until well blended. Spread evenly in 8x8 baking pan.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, mix the topping ingredients with a fork or pastry cutter until crumbly.
  4. Spread topping evenly on top of dough and put pan into oven
  5. Bake at 375* for 25-30 minutes or toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean.
  6. Serve warm or cooled....ENJOY!
  7. NOTE: RECIPE CAN BE DOUBLED AND BAKED IN 9X13 PAN. Adjust baking time as necessary.
