Preheat oven to 350*and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. *or use non-stick cookie sheets
In a medium bowl, combine, flour, baking soda, and salt together. Set asideNOTE: Do NOT sift or spoon flour into measuring cup....use measuring cup to scoop flour and then level off with a knife. This recipe requires full amount of flour for "lift" of cookies. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
Add in the eggs, one at a time
Pour in the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
Slowly add in flour mixture to the batter and mix until combined
Fold in the chcolate chips to batter.
Drop dough by large spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-11 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool for one minute before removing cookies to cooling rack. ENJOY!
