GRAMMY'S ITALIAN MONKEY MUFFINS

Servings 12 muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tube Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 Tbsp parmesan cheese (I use Kraft green can)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400* and prepare muffin pan (either line with muffin paper liners or spray with non-stick cooking spray. Set pan aside.
  • Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces
  • In a medium bowl, melt 6 Tbsp of your butter for a few seconds in your microwave. After melted, add in the Italian seasoning, garlic, and 3 Tbsp of the parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.
  • Add biscuit pieces into your butter mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  • Evenly divide your biscuit pieces into each muffin cup and top each muffin with the additional parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 400* for about 10-12 minutes until lightly brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from oven and brush with remaining melted butter before serving. ENJOY!
