Preheat oven to 400* and prepare muffin pan (either line with muffin paper liners or spray with non-stick cooking spray. Set pan aside.
Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces
In a medium bowl, melt 6 Tbsp of your butter for a few seconds in your microwave. After melted, add in the Italian seasoning, garlic, and 3 Tbsp of the parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.
Add biscuit pieces into your butter mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Evenly divide your biscuit pieces into each muffin cup and top each muffin with the additional parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400* for about 10-12 minutes until lightly brown and cooked through.
Remove from oven and brush with remaining melted butter before serving. ENJOY!
