GRAMMY'S CHICKEN 'n STUFFING CASSEROLE

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 chicken breasts, boneless/skinless, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables, drained/thawed
  • 1 box Kraft Stove Top Chicken Stuffing Mix, prepared according to box directions

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400* and lightly grease/spray a 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish.
  • In bottom of prepared baking dish, lay the chicken pieces evenly in dish.
  • Sprinkle the mixed veggies evenly on top of chicken.
  • Sprinkle chicken mixture with salt and pepper, to taste
  • Spread sour cream evenly over the chicken-veggie mixture as best you can.
  • Next, spread the cream of chicken soup evenly over the top, as well.
  • Finally, drop the prepared Stove Top Stuffing over the top, making sure to spread as evenly as you can.
  • Bake in preheated 400*, uncovered, for approx 45 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked through. Ovens vary, so your cooking time may need to be adjusted. ENJOY!!
  • Note: if stuffing starts to brown too much during cooking time, feel free to loosely cover casserole with foil during cooking.
