And as you can see from two of our grandsons, they think it’s a winner, too!😄The recipe is quick and easy, so you will be enjoying it in no time! Below is the recipe…ENJOY!🥰
INGREDIENTS
- 9 c. Corn Chex Cereal
- 1 c. Nestles Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. Peanut butter (I use Jif)
- 1/4 c. Butter or margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, microwave the chocolate chips, butter, and peanut butter for one minute. Stir and microwave for 30 second increments until smooth. Stir in vanilla. In a large bowl, pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal, stirring until smooth. I use a large plastic bowl with a lid and instead of stirring, I put the lid on and shake gently until all cereal is evenly coated. Add the powdered sugar and shake until evenly coated. If stirring, put chocolate coated cereal into large plastic bag, add powdered sugar, and shake. ENJOY!!😋
