Preheat oven to 350* and lightly grease/spray a 9x13 baking dish. Set prepared dish aside.
In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add sugar and still til combined. Remove from heat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter/sugar mixture with eggs and vanilla, stirring until well blended. I use a whisk for this step.
Now, stir in your cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder with a large, study spoon or spatula until well combined and smooth.
Fold chocolate chips into batter.
Spread brownie batter into your prepared 9x13 pan evenly.
Bake at 350* for approx 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. DO NOT OVERBAKE....ENJOY!
