Preheat oven to 350* and spray a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set pan aside.
In a small mixing bowl, combine your topping ingredients, mixing until well combined. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all of your cake ingredients and blend for about 4-5 minutes with an electric mixer, until smooth and well blended.
Pour half of your batter into your prepared bundt pan, spreading evenly.
Sprinkle half of your nut mixture evenly over the batter in pan, then spread remaining batter on top
Sprinkle remaining nut mixture on top of final layer of batter evenly.
Bake in 350* oven for 40-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Remove from oven.
Cool in pan on rack for about 15 minutes. Then gently turn cake over on a dish to remove from pan, then turn over on a cake platter to serve.
